• Free estimates. I work by bid or on a time & materials basis.
• My service rate is $89 for the first hour and $30 per half-hour after that.  No other charge for travel time in the metro area.
• I normally do my own work, but will work with you on your project, or provide consultation.
• One-year warranty on materials and workmanship.
